Inspector notes: Observed employee eating an open container of food in the kitchen area in front by the hand sink. Employee finished their food outside. Ensure that employees are not taking their lunch break in the kitchen, and as per manager, done so in the office

Inspector notes: Observed faucet end was below the flood rim level at the 3 compartment sink. Staff was able to correct it during the inspection. Ensure that the end of the faucets is always at least 1 inch above the flood rim level
