Inspector notes: Observed several fruit flies near the ice machine, in the dish pit, and in the expo area. According to PIC, pest control treatments are applied monthly. The last treatment was 8/14/2025. Discussed pest harborage conditions such as unprotected outer openings (doors and windows), pooling water and soil/debris. PIC will contact the pest control company, remove/repair any harborage conditions. The pest control invoice can be provided by email. Re-inspection within 10 days

Inspector notes: Observed a pair of tongs stored in a container of sliced lemons, with the handle in contact with the lemons. The tongs were not observed being used during the inspection. PIC ran the tongs through the dish machine and hung them on the side of the pan. PIC also reviewed the correct storage of the tongs with employees, which should not have the handle in contact with the lemons or other foods. If utensils are stored in food, the handles must be stored above the surface of the food

The food debris was removed, and the water was observed to properly drain. Physical facility must be cleaned frequently enough to prevent accumulation of dirt, organic mater, and food debris caught in the drain to prevent large pooling of water
