Inspector notes: Observed a wall vent underneath the 3-compartment sink that appeared to be broken and/or missing some pieces such that it essentially forms an open gap from the outside directly into the inside space. Discussed with person in charge to repair/replace the vent so that there is not a large open gap in the wall, such that pests can easily enter inside
