Inspector notes: FROM OC INSPECTION: Observed the following drainpipes to have no air gap or less than 1" above the floor sink/drain: cook-line steam-well drainpipe, ice cream scoop dipper well, wash basin of the 3-compartment sink, floor sink near dish room entrance with the copper pipe from the fountain RPZ and rinse sink for the dish machine. Please cut the drainpipes, secure to the wall, or install a unistrut to maintain at least a 1" airgap above the floor sinks
