Informed PIC that there needs to be a one-inch airgap between the outlet of the pipe and the top of the floor drain. All plumbing must be maintained in good repair at all times. Inspector notes: Observed in house green juice being sold as a grab and go item but not having a label on them. Person in charge states they have the label for the juice already. Inspector notes: Observed a tray and two boxes of unopened butter being stored at ambient room temperature on food prep tables throughout kitchen. Butter is stored at room temperature and time-controlled to better accommodate establishment's food flow. No time stamps observed on tray or boxes. PIC stated butter in the tray and butter in one of the boxes was brought out at 6am and has been out for longer than 4 hours by time of inspection. PIC voluntarily discarded items in question at time of inspection. PIC stated the other box was brought out 2 hours prior and was time stamped 11:30 am - 3:30 pm at time of inspection.
