Inspector notes: Observed reduced pressure zone (RPZ) assembly backflow device connected to coffee machine located under cabinet placed in empty food container without a proper wall mount. RPZ was observed to be laying flat in container with no proper drainage accessible. PIC states coffee machine is cleaned externally by removing attachments and properly sanitizing at three-compartment sink. PIC states no chemicals are flushed through the machine. A backflow prevention device shall be located so that it may be serviced and maintained. All plumbing must be maintained in good repair at all times. Must ensure RPZ backflow device is mounted horizontally to function and have drain for relief port routed to floor sink prior to next routine inspection
