Inspector notes: Observed fridge next to hand wash sink to have an ambient temp of 50*F. Staff keeps temperature log that recorded that the unit's digital thermometer displayed 38*F at 2pm day of inspection. Pizza that was stored in unit had been placed in unit 45 minutes prior to inspection and was relocated to properly working unit. All equipment must be maintained in good repair at all times. Staff contacted repair company to fix unit and will not use the unit until repaired. Repair all equipment to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection
