Inspector notes: Observed no CFPM on display within facility. When asked, PIC stated they did not have a CFPM. A Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) is required to be on the premises during all hours of operation. Correct prior to next routine inspection

Inspector notes: Observed containers of milk on coffee bar for customer usage without date marks. Per PIC the containers of milk were placed in cold holding at bar two days prior to time of inspection. Educated PIC that all RTE/TCS foods requiring date marking must be date marked within 24 hours and sold or discarded after 7 days (including the day it was made as day 1). All RTE/TCS foods were properly date marked at the time of inspection. Corrected at time of inspection

Inspector notes: Observed TCS food being held under TAC without a time stamp. PIC stated the food was cooked to temperature, then placed under TAC 2hrs prior to time of inspection. Educated PIC that Time as a Public Health Control requires written procedures detailing process for Time as a Public Health Control and time-stamping for items actively held under Time as a Public Health Control. All TCS foods being held under time as a control were properly time stamped at time of inspection. Corrected at time of inspection

Inspector notes: Observed excessive soda syrup accumulation under the soda fountain counter. Per PIC the machine had recently formed a leak and been repaired. Educated PIC that the physical facility must be cleaned frequently enough to prevent accumulation of dirt, organic matter, and food debris. Must clean physical facility prior to next routine inspection. Correct prior to next routine inspection
