Inspector notes: Observed food employee begin to handle outside of container filled with cut lettuce after touching raw egg wash with gloved hands. Hands shall be washed at any time contamination occurs and when changing tasks. Food employee discarded contaminated gloves and properly washed hands at time of inspection. Person in charge (PIC) had food employee remove cut lettuce from original container and place cut lettuce in sanitized container. Discussed the importance of proper hand washing and when hand washing is required with PIC
