Inspector notes: Observed grill chicken hot held at 115 degrees on the serving line. PIC discarded the grilled chicken.

16C - sewage and waste water properly disposed
Inspector notes: Observed backflow coming from the floor drain beneath the vegetable sink. PIC corrected on site by removing drain cover that was filled with a black residue causing the wastewater to backflow. PIC prevented the store from having to voluntarily close due to the imminent health hazard of sewage back up. Also observe the wastewater pipes in the three compartment sink leaking. There is also a backflow if you release a large volume of water in the three compartment sink. PIC will contact maintenance and have the plumbing issue repaired by 01/23/26. PIC will email a copy of the completed work order to Robert.Lewis1@dph.ga.gov by 1/23/2026.
