Inspector notes: Observe food employee take of gloves, touch her neck and proceed to change gloves and then prep food without washing hands in main kitchen. Observe food employee handle equipment with raw chicken with gloves, then take off gloves and proceed to change gloves to prep salad without washing hands in main kitchen. CA: 1.
