Inspector notes: During routine inspection EHS observed several violations related to this code. employee were found using cell phone, and moving raw meet in and out of a sink employee then continued to next task without washing hands to change gloves.

Inspector notes: Observed high concentration of sani buckets inside of kitchen. code: Cloths in-use for wiping counters and other equipment surfaces shall be: (i) Held between uses in a chemical sanitizer solution at a concentration specified under DPH Rule 511-6-1-.05(6)(n); and (ii) Laundered daily. COS:PIC remade buckets.
