Per PIC discussion with PIC food items were within time parameters. Corrective Action: PIC was notified, PIC placed container of wings in walk-in freezer for rapid cooling. Discussed placing smaller quantities of wings in container to aid in maintaining tcs food temperature at 41F or below.
