Inspector notes: Observed the freezer door with heavy ice build-up on the edge of the door and the door was unable to close shut C/A Maintenance and Operation. (a) Good Repair and Proper Adjustment. 1. Equipment shall be maintained in a state of repair and condition that meets the requirements specified under subsections (1) and (2)of this Rule. 2. Equipment components such as doors, seals, hinges, fasteners, and kick plates shall be kept intact, tight, and adjusted in accordance with manufacturer's specifications. COS Manager stated they placed a repair order to repair the door. Manager will email a picture of the invoice to EHS Update: Manager sent pictures to EHS on 08/06/2025 showing the doors to the freezer thoroughly cleaned and the ice removed.
