CA: Employees shall properly sanitize cleaned multiuse equipment and utensils before they are reused using an approved sanitizer that is prepared per the manufacturer's recommendation. COS: PIC hooked up new bottle of sanitizer to the mechanical dispenser. Discussed checking concentration with test strips.
