CA: Employee personal drinks shall be stored in a single-use cup with lid and straw and handled to prevent contamination. COS: PIC discarded. Discussed proper storage areas of employee drinks in the kitchen.

Inspector notes: Observed no sanitizer (0ppm quaternary ammonia on inspector test strip) in the sanitize basin of the 3 compartment sink while the sink was set up for cleaning/sanitizing dishes. The mechanical dispenser was not hooked up to any sanitizer. CA: Employees shall properly sanitize cleaned multiuse equipment and utensils before they are reused using an approved sanitizer that is prepared per the manufacturer's recommendation. COS: PIC hooked up new bottle of sanitizer to the mechanical dispenser. Discussed checking concentration with test strips.

CA: Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues. COS: Health department will have to follow up. Discussed deep cleaning and moving forward more frequent routine cleaning.
