Inspector notes: Observed paper towel dispenser empty and no paper towels anywhere near the handwash sink at time of inspection. Handwash sinks should be equipped with soap, hot water, paper towels, trashcan, proper signage and should be used for no other purpose. PIC replaced the paper towels upon request during inspection.
