Inspector notes: EHS observed several cups, spoons, and plates that were clean that still had food debris still on them. Corrective action-PIC needs to make sure that employees are going through each process of the wash, rinse, sanitize.

Inspector notes: EHS observed multiple items in the reach in cooler that had nothing to protect it from contamination. Strips of bacon is sitting in between cardboard and some pieces were touching the rack. Corrective action- PIC needs to make sure that all food items are packed away correctly and not laying on the racks with nothing covering it.
