Inspector notes: EHS observed the hand sink that is directly in the front service part there was a pink cup and a plastic bag stored inside of the sink. EHS questioned PIC if they use that sink or do the use the one in the back. She stated that they mainly use the one that is located in the front. CA-PIC needs to make sure that nothing is being stored in the hand sink. The hand sink should only be used for washing hands.

Inspector notes: EHS observed multiple personal items stored throughout the facility. First, EHS observed a pink cup stored inside of the hand sink by the front food service area. Next, in the walk in cooler there is a gray lunchbox being stored directly on top of the box of eggs. Then, EHS observed a red bull stored beside the apple juice in the reach in cooler. CA-PIC needs to create a designated area for employee belongings and make sure that they are properly separated from each other.
