Food to be given out today to clients in senior center and removed. Cheese relocated above chicken.

Each handwashing sink or group of adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with individual, disposable towels or other approved alternative. Notified PIC, and she had napkins available in the dry storage aarea to supply until facility received paper towels.
