Inspector notes: Observed cleaning agent on prep top surfaces. COS- all cleaners were placed on shelves and cabinet designated for cleaner storage. Advised PIC to keep vegetable wash on bottom shelf of prep sink table and obtain vegetable wash test strips.

Inspector notes: Observed mixing pitchers were being rinsed with hot water between uses and washed, rinsed, and sanitized at COB. Advised PIC to ensure blender pitchers are wash, rinsed, and sanitized a minimum of every four hours.

Inspector notes: Facility used a cleaning agent that requires rinsed after use on a food contact surface to disinfect the dining tables. Advised PIC that dining tables are food contact surfaces and shall be cleaned and disinfected : 4.
