CA: PIC dismantled the nozzles and cleaned them thoroughly and placed them in a sanitizer bucket to soak. Inspector notes: Observed a reach-in cooler to have a broken door not able to stay closed. CA: PIC moved all food out prior to inspection and stated they will be working towards fixing the door.
