Inspector notes: Observed the mechanical dishwashing unit not working properly. CA: All dishes, utensils and equipment shall be maintained in a state of repair that meets requirements of food code. CO: PIC had maintenance look at dishwasher and they called in a repair work order to Hobart Equipment. 3 compartment sink will be used until the dishwasher is working properly.
