Inspector notes: Observed raw shelled eggs stored above boxes of broccoli and celery in the walk in cooler. PIC corrected on site by relocating the eggs.

Inspector notes: Observed cleaning products including glass cleaner, lysol, and Lysol all purpose cleaner stored above single service articles and next to water cups in the service counter area. PIC advised to not store chemicals above or next to food or food contact surfaces. PIC corrected on site. Also observed the location using an unapproved chemical (Raid) stored in the kitchen area. PIC provided a copy of the pest control report from 11/2025. PIC advised to only use roach and ant spray outside of the facility. PIC removed the unapproved chemicals.
