Inspector notes: Observed hand sink in the front food service area to be missing the hot water handle, thus leaving the hand sink without hot water access. Observed the hand sink at the bar providing hot water at 84F. RCA: PIC shall have the front food service hand sink repaired as soon as possible. PIC shall have the hot water temperature elevated to at least 100F of the bar hand sink. (c) Handwashing Sink Installation. 1. A handwashing sink shall be equipped to provide tempered water at a temperature of at least 100ºF (38ºC) through a mixing valve or combination faucet.
