Corrective Action: PIC was notified. PIC placed individual disposable towels at all handwashing stations. Discussed use of heated-air drying device or other system at restroom handwashing sinks. Discussed installing paper towel dispensers for upstairs bar handwashing sink.

Corrective Action: Discussed having sink serviced with PIC. PIC will contact plumber and have sink repaired prior to next event at this facility. This will be rechecked by the Health Department.
