Inspector notes: Observed raw foods stored above ready-to-eat food items in the walk-in cooler (raw beef stored above whole fresh produce, raw chicken and raw beef stored above cooked chicken, raw pork and raw shell eggs stored above cooked noodles). Corrective action - PIC advised to rearrange cooler so that contamination is prevented. Inspector notes: Observed hand wash sink at cook station without paper towels or hand soap. 1. A handwashing sink shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use. Pf CA-EHS advised MOD to keep hand sink fully stocked at all times.
