Inspector notes: Observed an employee thermos stored on top of the ice machine in the kitchen area. Also observed a cup with a lid that did not contain a straw stored on the preparation table in the kitchen area. PIC removed the employee cup of coffee. PIC advised that all drink cups must be single use with a top and a straw. The drink must be stored in away from food and food contact surfaces.

Inspector notes: Observed a used cold brew container stored in the handsink in the serving area. PIC advised to use the handsink for handwashing only. The handsink must be accessible for handwashing only at all times.

Inspector notes: Observed an employee wipe a spatula used to make crepes on a dirty towel stored in the food preparation in the front of house. PIC advised that a dirty towel cannot be used to clean in use utensils. As a result, the PIC removed the towels and properly cleaned and sanitized the utensil.

Inspector notes: Observed employees not wearing proper hair restraints. Employees were wearing baseball caps however there was hair that was still not restrained. PIC will obtain proper hair restraints including hair nets.

Inspector notes: Observed utensils used for making crepes stored in stagnant water in the front of house. PIC advised that all utensils must be stored at a temperature of 135 degrees or higher or in a clean dry container. PIC corrected on site by using hot water from the coffee maker.

Inspector notes: Observed quaternary ammonium test strips that was provided by the PIC expired on October 1, 2025. PIC will obtain new test strips by 3/22/26.
