Inspector notes: Observed dishwasher inability to sanitize dishes with sanitizing solution (chlorine). Dishwasher solution tested at 10ppm when it should be between 50-100ppm. CA: Advised Owner and PIC to have their unit serviced to ensure that the correct amount of solution is used for proper sanitizing. PIC was advised to use the three compartment sink for cleaning dishes until the unit is fixed
