Inspector notes: Observed several items out of temperature in RIC. Make sure TCS foods are 41F or below. All items moved into working RIC. Will return to make sure RIC has been fixed. Advised PIC to consider steamtable or ptc for kitchen, so prepping is easier and within temperature parameters.
