Inspector notes: Observed open water bottles and employee reusable tumblers inappropriately stored throughout establishment. Corrective Action (CA): Person in Charge (PIC) instructed to ensure all employee items are appropriately stored and no located in kitchen and any employee drinks in the employee area are properly stored in a single service cup with a lid and a straw. REPEAT.

Inspector notes: Hand sink observed removed from back wall next to meat sink. CA: PIC instructed there shall be hand sink facilities conveniently located in establishments to ensure proper hand washing can take place.
