Inspector notes: Three compartment sink had no measurable amount Chlorine sanitizer. Wipe cloth bucket had 25 ppm Chlorine. Advised PIC to check 3-compartment sink and buckets after set up with Chlorine test strips. Advised PIC to use the same concentration bleach and train staff with the amount of sanitizer to add to the 3-compartment sink and sani-buckets. PIC added more Chlorine to the Sanitizer Water in Bucket and 3-Compartment Sink. Corrected sanitizer concentration to 50-100ppm Cl.
