Inspector notes: Observed several cracked pans above the prep sink in the kitchen. The pans will need to be discarded and replaced.

Inspector notes: Observed frying baskets that were left clean from the first shift stored with single service items directly across from the 3-compartment sink. According to the PIC there was plastic, build up, and brown debris on frying basket as a result the PIC corrected it onsite by having the dishwasher to rewash the dishes. The dishwasher advised that the first shift was not doing a good job washing the dishes and as a result he rewashed all the dishes that were hanging on the shelf (COS).

Inspector notes: Observed an excessive amount of water on the floors throughout the facility especially by both drive thru windows, mop sink area, walk in cooler, and underneath the 3-compartment sink. The floors will need to be mopped regularly to avoid employee injury. Also, observed the walk in freezer floor in need of cleaning.

Inspector notes: Observed the wet wiping cloths stored in quaternary ammonium sanitizer solution that was @ 0 PPM. PIC remade the solution to 200 PPM (COS). PIC stated that the chemical solution was empty, and she replaced it. Make sure to use the test strips to ensure the proper concentration of the sanitizer before placing the buckets "in use".

Advised PIC to discontinue use of the drink machine until repairs have been made due to a large amount of water nesting on the floor. Please put an out of order sign on the machine. Also, observed another leak on the drink machine at the drive thru window. Observed a leak on the back of the thermalizer in the kitchen. Observed a leak coming from the slush machine dispenser. All equipment must be repaired and maintained in good repair. Please call Pepsi company to service the drink machines and put a work order in for the slush machine and the thermalizer. All work orders must be emailed to sabrina.young@dph.ga.gov by Friday, 12/20/24 showing repairs have been completed.
