Inspector notes: Observed employee rinse the baking pan under running water and take the baking pan back to the prep line to be used again. The baking pan was not sanitized or air-dried before attempting to use it. CA: Utensils and food-contact surfaces of equipment shall be sanitized before use after cleaning. COS: PIC voluntarily returned the baking pan to three compartment sink to be properly washed using three step procedure of "wash, rinse, sanitize" and then air-dried before use.

PIC will display the most recent inspection report as soon as its received.

Inspector notes: Two employees were observed wearing watches while serving food, and one employee was wearing a ring that was not a plain wedding band. CA: Except for a plain ring such as a wedding band food employees may not wear jewelry including medical information jewelry on their arms and hands while preparing food. COS: PIC voluntarily removed his watch and also asked his employees to remove their jewelry.

Inspector notes: Observed a handwashing sink in the front food service area with a stripped hot water switch. The hot water is available; however, the stripped switch does not shut the water off completely causing constant dripping. Therefore, the hot water line is shut off most of the time. CA:A plumbing system shall be repaired according to law; P and maintained in good repair. Discussed with PIC to repair the switch so the hot water is readily available at all times.

Observed raw eggs stored in the cooler used by the employee for personal use among the rest of the restaurant food items. COS: PIC voluntarily removed the eggs from the cooler and discarded them.
