PIC stated that they area having issues with the sinks leaking and that they turn the water off when not using. Observed the hand sink in the kitchen area to not have running water until the PIC turned the valves on. RCA: Ensure that the handwashing sinks are maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use.

RCA: Foods were still in the safe time frame to be cooled, PIC moved items to a known working reach in cooler until the walk in is to be serviced.
