Inspector notes: Observed potentially hazardous TCS foods (milks, creams, sandwich) improperly cold holding above 41 degrees F in several reach in coolers in working area. CA: Discussed with PIC, items were not out of temp for longer than 4 hours. Items placed in cooler to rapidly cool. Discussed placing working containers back into coolers after each use to ensure proper cold holding temps are maintained.
