Inspector notes: Observed multiple food service employees entering kitchen area after doing other tasks in Kroger facility begin making coffee and handling clean utensils without washing hands. Corrective Action: Food service employees were directed to wash hands. The drink prepared by employee was discarded and ice scoop was washed, rinsed and sanitized. PIC will train all staff on when to wash hands.
