Inspector notes: -Observed clear Quat Sanitizer container stored under Espresso machine with chemical concentrations too low <150ppm. -Observed 2 wet wiping cloths stored on the front service counters of the front service area upon entry into the kitchen. *COS, Sanitizer was refreshed upon request by PIC within proper chemical constraints and wet wiping cloths were stored in sanitizer solution by PIC.

Inspector notes: -Observed 1 large red bucket of Quat sanitizer on shelf and 2 smaller clear containers of Quat sanitizer under espresso machines in the front service area of the kitchen with chemical concentrations too low <150ppm. -Observed 3 wet wiping cloths being stored on counter tops in the front service area of the kitchen. *COS, Wiping clothes were stored back in solution by PIC and all sanitizers were discarded and replaced with new solution by PIC upon request. Sanitizers were verified with test strips in proper chemical constraints.
