Inspector notes: Observed pink substance on interior of ice machine in main kitchen area. Corrective action - PIC advised to have ice machine thoroughly cleaned. Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch.

Inspector notes: Observed failure of chlorine sanitizer used at mechanical dishwasher to register on chlorine test strips. Corrective action - PIC advised to contact EcoLab, the supplier for the dishwasher sanitizing products, to check dishwasher functionality and purchase more sanitizer product. UPDATE - Corrected on site - prior to inspector departing, EcoLab representative arrived at facility and explained that previous sanitizer product had a problem. New packages of sanitizer were provided, tested, and shown to be at the proper concentration at the dishwasher
