Inspector notes: Observed pink slime build up on the bottom of the white chut (touching the ice) of the bulk ice machine located in the main kitchen. Observed black build-up on the interior ice dispenser of the bulk ice machine located in the main kitchen. C/A:In equipment such as ice bins and beverage dispensing nozzles and enclosed components of equipment such as ice makers, cooking oil storage tanks and distribution lines, beverage and syrup dispensing lines or tubes, coffee bean grinders, and water vending equipment: (I) At a frequency specified by the manufacturer; or (II) Absent manufacturer specifications, at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil or mold. NOTE: Facility began discarding ice and cleaning process at time of inspection

Inspector notes: Observed no DPH food service permit being displayed at this facility C/A: Post the permit in a location in the food service establishment that is conspicuous to consumers

Inspector notes: Observed the ambient air temperature of the cold holding drawers at 50F. EHS also observed ice on the condenser located at the back of this unit. C/A: Ambient air temperature, water pressure, and water temperature measuring devices shall be maintained in good repair and be accurate within the intended range of use.
