Penne chicken & broccoli alfredo pasta observed sitting out at prep table packed in metal container and covered. COS, Saran wrap was pulled back to allow sausages to finish cooling to <41F and chicken & broccoli alfredo pasta was portioned into smaller containers to properly cool by PIC upon request.
