Inspector notes: Observed inside portions of reach-in coolers, wire shelving above 3 compartment sink, wire shelving in walk-in coolers, and non-food contact surfaces of prep-top cooler not cleaned at frequency to precluded accumulation of soil residues. Discussed with CFSM non-food contact surfaced that need to be cleaned frequently enough to preclude accumulation of soil residues. CA: CFSM said all non-food contact surface would be cleaned today.
