Inspector notes: Quarter round on walls by desk and by mop sink broken and need to be replaced. Wall above mop sink needs to be cleaned. Bottom panel on outside of walk in cooler needs to be repaired or replaced. Step cover in the walk in cooler loose, and needs to be repaired or replaced. Wall at the end of the prep line, by chip storage coming off wall, and needs to be repaired or replaced. Gap in coving tiles by the steamer and the chip storage at the end of the prep line. Floors have build up of residue behind the ice machine, under the 3 compartment sink, inside the walk in cooler, and inside the walk in freezer. All physical facilities shall be maintained clean and in good repair.
