Observed excessive wear on flooring in main kitchen area to the point that it doesn't look clean to sight and touch. Observed unsealed ceiling panels in main kitchen area. Corrective Action: Discussed with Owner: Paint and seal all bare wood surfaces in screened in cooking area along with providing a door sweep under the door to keep flies out of area. Discussed cleaning and sealing flooring so that it appears clean to sight and touch as well as replacing unsealed ceiling tiles with vinyl coated ceiling tiles to facilitate easy cleaning if necessary. Owner should have all these items completed before next routine inspection.
