Inspector notes: Observed soiled nonfood contact surfaces of all the coolers and freezers (inside and outside), fryers, fans, shelves, hot holding units, Winston Auto Sham, etc. General deep cleaning needed. PIC stated it all will be cleaned within five to seven days. Plans are already in the works.

Inspector notes: Observed soiled floors, walls, and ceilings throughout the restaurant, in kitchen and dining room. Observed stained ceiling tiles in the kitchen area. Walls in kitchen are soiled and stained. Also missing floor tiles. CFSM stated they are already working on a facility upgrade for walls, floors, and ceilings. Have started painting on the inside and outside.
