Ambient temperature in Reach in cooler was around 48F-50F. PIC(s) were instructed to not store potentially hazardous foods or utilize reach in cooler until able to maintain proper temperatures of 41F or below. Also recommended having unit serviced. *COS, All out of temperature tcs foods were discarded by PICS upon request.
