Inspector notes: Observed walk-in cooler unit leaking condensation. Condensation is leaking on top of food items. Most items are protected but condensation is still falling on top of food. Ensure to fix WIC to prevent condensation from landing on the food and potentially contaminating food. Ensure to maintenance. I will be back next week to ensure WIC is fixed and not leaking condensation. Observed reach in cooler with water pooled on bottom shelf. Ensure to fix RIC so food items are not sitting in condenstation and to prevent mold.
