According to the SOP's for key drop delivery provided by the PIC, the delivery driver must record on the invoice to customer at least one refrigerated TCS item and one frozen TCS item. Invoices only contained temperatures of the ambient cooler and freezer. According to the PIC, Gordons is delivering to the walk in cooler during the key drop. Observed seasoned flour stored on the floor in the unapproved mobile storage unit (Penske Truck).
