Inspector notes: Observed bar dish machine to not be pulling any sanitizer at all. Observed dish machine in the kitchen to not have the proper test strips for the high heat dish machine. RCA: Told PIC to not use the dish machine until sanitizer is fixed, use 3 compartment sink/ dish machine in the kitchen to wash cups from bar area. Also told PIC to make sure that they have the proper test strips for the high heat dish machine.

Observed an employee phone stored on the side edge of a reach in cooler next to a used pair of tongs in the salad prep area. COS/CA: PIC removed all items and placed in a designated area. Employee items shall be stored separate from food, equipment, utensils and linen to prevent contamination.
