Inspector notes: Observed broken tile underneath the hand sink. observed failure to provide smooth, nonporous, and easily cleanable ceiling tiles in the dry storage room across from the kitchen and above the reach-in freezer in the main kitchen (2 ceiling tiles). PIC was advised that the ceiling tiles must be smooth, durable, and easily cleanable.
