The physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean and by methods that prevent contamination of food products. COS: PIC cleaned gaskets during inspection and will add gaskets to standard cleaning regimen.

Inspector notes: Observed buckets of QAC (quaternary ammonium compounds) and chlorine sanitizing solutions with concentrations below minimum requirements upon arrival to facility. Buckets of sanitizing solutions were also recorded with temperatures exceeding 100°F. QAC sanitizing solution shall have minimum concentration of 200 ppm. Chlorine sanitizing solution shall have minimum concentration of 50 ppm. Sanitizing solution shall have temperature between 65°F-75°F. Corrective Actions: Manager made new sanitizing solution with proper concentration and temperature of water.
